This picture tells you everything you need to know about my father, Nathan James Jolina-Plumb, a musician so talented he once played for the Grim Reaper. I know that no matter what I do as a musician I will never measure up to that. Not sure anysim can, honestly.
This is my mother, Shandra Bellingham Plumb. She's actually as famous as my father, but her fame came from being the first female conductor of the Sunset Valley orchestra. Before that she'd been a mezzo-soprano and a chamber musician.
My sister, of course, needs no introduction ... but I'll give her one anyway. She's Savannah Plumb, and she's an archaeologist, adventurer, author, and ghost hunter. How'd that happen if both our parents are musicians? You'd have to ask her that one.
And then, there's me. I'm the one peeking out of the toy box. My sister found this pic the other day while going thru our family album. I look pretty different now, though. I'm a little bit taller but my features are pretty much the same. I have my mom's chestnut brown hair and my dad's dark blue eyes. I have mom's olive complexion and dad's features.
